Tuffy Modular Rack Carts have a unique feature. The system provides an enveloping enclosure to a standard rack system. The electrical components are isolated from outside impact due to slide in panels that attach to the frame of the cart, not the frame of the rack. 360° access to the rack is available for installation of the component system before the side panels are installed. Modular Rack Carts may be purchased in standard configurations or customized for your specific application.

“Tuffy” Rack Cart’s Protective Shell Provides A “Safety” Zone and suspends the frame within the shell isolating accidental contacts from the rack system.
A modular slide in panel system offers 360° total access during equipment installation. Once installation is completed, “Tuffy” steel panels slide in to secure and protect the system.
Ventilated Steel Panels for heat dissipation or Solid Key Locked Doors for controlled access.
Available in standard cart configurations or a “Build Your Own” System for your exact requirements.
